Job Duties
- Bake batches according to daily PAR/BAKE order sheets
- Consistently produce high quality bakery products
- Accurately measure ingredients for all recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times
- Keep freezer products sealed and orderly
- Clean all dishes and pans throughout shift
- Assist managers with bread levels and bake sequencing
- Adhere to all safety and health code requirements
- Complete baking assignments timely
