Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Completion of basic food safety training including Food Handler's Card if required by law
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- Effective communication in noisy settings
- Willingness to embody company values and behaviors consistently
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe needs daily
- Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
- Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
- Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
- Assist and support your manager and team as needed
- Help build culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- Follow flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
