Job Duties

build strong relationships with co-workers and managers to create a positive teamwork environment
impress guests by providing warm friendly interactions and maintaining a clean environment
scale, decorate, and produce all desserts, pastries, and cakes
master all recipes and techniques and guide new team members through the learning process
follow and maintain safety standards according to Paris Baguette and DND Groups policies
maintain a tidy work station and keep cake displays attractive
maintain a sharp and tidy personal appearance and uniform
