Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law)
  • flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • capability to stand up to 6 hours
  • clear communication skills in a loud environment
  • pass background check

  • Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe needs daily

  • assist and support your manager and team as needed
  • help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
