Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- flexible to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as required by law
- possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred at some locations
- meet company driving qualifications if applicable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience beneficial
- ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 3 AM
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- customer service experience advantageous
Job Duties
- bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to meet quality standards
- manage early morning bakery preparation and setup
- uphold food quality and safety guidelines
