Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check as required by law
- Possession of a current valid state driver's license if required for location
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
- Willingness to comply with company policies and adapt to changing duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and pastries starting early morning shifts
- Stock bagel walls and pastry cases to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure quality food and beverage service
- Uphold food quality and safety standards
- Adapt to changing duties as assigned by management
