Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1-year previous experience in a commercial bakery or food production environment
- strong knowledge of baking techniques, from scratch recipes, and ingredient handling
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately
- excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products
- strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work early mornings, Saturdays, and some holidays
- a positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for baking
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers with precision and care
- bake a variety of items including bread, pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies following established recipes and techniques
- assemble baked goods ensuring visually appealing and consistent results
- monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- adhere to health and safety standards including proper sanitation and food handling practices
- collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet customer demand
- maintain a clean and organized work area including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning
