Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous baking or food service experience preferred but not required
Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
Strong customer service and communication skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, and proofers
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Engage with customers and provide exceptional service
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to support bakery operations
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
