Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age or older per applicable law
- Ability to start work at 3 am and maintain punctuality
- Willingness to learn and follow company standards for food preparation and safety
- Capacity to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to bakery work
- Positive attitude and eagerness to provide excellent guest service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or bakery work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 am
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh donuts, pastries, and other baked goods in accordance with company standards
- Ensure the store is properly opened and set up for service each morning
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards within the bakery and store area
- Provide exceptional guest service by engaging positively with customers
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Manage inventory related to baked goods and ingredients
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
