Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
completion of basic food safety training
flexible hours including nights and weekends
pass a background check
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds
capability to stand for up to 6 hours
ability to handle objects, tools, or controls with hands
ability to communicate clearly and quickly understand directions in a loud environment

Job Qualifications

knowledge of basic food safety practices
food handler's card as required by law

Job Duties

Bake all bread selections and pastries needed daily in the bakery-cafe
maintain high standards for flavor and quality
perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
assist and support the manager and team as needed
help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
