Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • completion of basic food safety training
  • flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • pass a background check
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds
  • capability to stand for up to 6 hours
  • ability to handle objects, tools, or controls with hands
  • ability to communicate clearly and quickly understand directions in a loud environment

Job Duties

  • Bake all bread selections and pastries needed daily in the bakery-cafe
  • maintain high standards for flavor and quality
  • perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
  • strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
  • assist and support the manager and team as needed
  • help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
