Job Duties

  • Follow the Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
  • adhere to product shelf life standards
  • deliver consistent customer service with an appealing product showcase
  • enhance customer experience through friendly attitude and S.E.T. principles
  • support speed of service by working efficiently
  • promptly execute service recovery for customer complaints
  • listen and respond to customer service concerns
  • follow operational standards for product preparation and equipment use
  • monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit orders
  • prepare products minimizing food waste and record production and waste
  • respond to showcase and product needs
  • assist serving guests in the restaurant
  • take and record temperatures of products and storage areas
  • clean and maintain production area
  • follow all restaurant policies and procedures
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • follow proper hand washing and sanitation guidelines
  • comply with occupational health and safety legislation
  • follow safe work practices and procedures
  • use personal protective equipment as required
  • report injuries, accidents, and unsafe conditions
  • avoid operating equipment or working unsafely
