Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
  • Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and correctly for measuring and baking
  • Follow and ensure compliance with food safety and personal hygiene policies
  • Check and report appliance and food temperatures to management
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, set up and divide workstations, follow hygiene and cleaning procedures
  • Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the shift
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
  • Complete safety trainings and certifications
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and guests
  • Support team to achieve common goals
  • Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
