Job Requirements

must be over 18 years of age
ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift
ability to lift up to 50 pounds including bending and kneeling
ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
open availability with flexible scheduling
basic reading and math skills

Job Duties

follow site specific and brand specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences
make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries, and other baked products
complete daily par sheet and produce quality baked goods following Dunkin Donuts guidelines
maintain health department and food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness
take direction and adjust to changing par levels
work in other positions inside the operation when needed
interact with customers in a friendly, upbeat, and outgoing manner
