Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
0-1 years of related work experience
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Commitment to punctuality and reliability
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

0-1 year of related work experience in baking or food preparation
Ability to follow recipes and product specifications accurately
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Adaptable and able to work various shifts with open availability

Job Duties

Follows recipes and/or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment
Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Reduces food waste by following portion control and storage guidelines
Collaborates with team members to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
Assists with inventory management and stock replenishment
Performs other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
