Job Duties

  • prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
  • operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers with precision and care
  • bake a variety of items including bread, pastries, cakes, pies and cookies following established recipes and techniques
  • assemble baked goods ensuring visually appealing and consistent results
  • monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
  • adhere to health and safety standards including proper sanitation and food handling practices
  • collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet customer demand
  • maintain a clean and organized work area including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning
