Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • follow guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure fresh and accurate products
  • adhere to product shelf life standards
  • deliver consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase
  • enhance customer service experience through friendly attitude and following S.E.T. Principles
  • work quickly and efficiently to fill orders and meet customer needs
  • promptly execute service recovery for customer service concerns
  • listen carefully to customer service concerns and apologize when necessary
  • follow all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment operation
  • monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit order quantities
  • prepare products while minimizing food waste
  • record prepared items and waste on production sheet
  • respond to showcase and product needs from restaurant front
  • assist in serving guests when necessary
  • regularly take temperatures of products and record in temperature log
  • clean and maintain production area
  • follow all restaurant policies, procedures and standards
  • support clean environment through regular cleanup and stocking
  • follow proper hand washing techniques and sanitation guidelines
  • comply with occupational health and safety legislation
  • follow safe work practices and procedures
  • use personal protective equipment as required
  • report injuries, accidents, unsafe conditions and security incidents to management
  • do not operate equipment or work in a manner that endangers others
