Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive arm and hand movements
- Willingness to work in a hot environment
- Must adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to report to work timely for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to accurately follow recipes and instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in food production
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition to handle manual labor and repetitive tasks
Job Duties
- Bake batches according to the needs shown on daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
- Consistently produce a high quality bakery product
- Be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
- Keep workstation clean at all times
- Properly clean all dishes and pans throughout shift
- Assist managers in determining current and needed bread levels and bake sequence
- Strictly adhere to all safety and health code requirements for the bakery including all OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
- Complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
