Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in bakery or food service preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends
capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing
good attention to detail
adherence to safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

experience in baking or related food production
knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
good communication and teamwork skills
basic math skills for measuring ingredients
physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area
ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
assist with quality control checks of finished products
