Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Maintain display cases and shelves to be clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Engage positively with customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Ensure all baked items meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist fellow team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines
