Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license preferred at specific locations and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bagels and pastries starting early morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store area
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest service
- Monitor quality of food and beverages served
- Support team in maintaining a positive work environment
