Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of a current valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Friendly and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels daily as per company standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case with quality products
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently
