Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds
- Ability to follow recipes and adhere to health and safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items
- Monitor dates and freshness and handle outdated items properly
- Report shrinkage
- Adhere to all Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, taking special orders, and addressing guest concerns
- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper assortment and production levels
- Maintain food safety logs and meet quality standards by specified times
- Collaborate with Bakery associates to meet department goals
- Maintain regular and timely attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
