Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years pastry experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
  • Read, write and speak and understand English
  • Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pastries and desserts
  • Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new recipes and dessert offerings
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • Ensure all pastries meet quality and presentation standards
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Work flexible hours including extended shifts when needed
