Job Requirements
- Previous baking experience required
- ability to work part-time with varying days and AM/PM shifts including weekends
- must adhere to food safety regulations
- capable of performing physical duties related to baking
- ability to follow safety standards and company policies
- willingness to work in an educational facility environment
- must be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as necessary per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and production standards
- assist with completion of production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions, and product shortages
- ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils within work area
- handle food items safely and according to safety regulations
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly at shift end
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
- ensure food is presented, served, and displayed per standards
- follow sanitation and safety procedures complying with corporate and OSHA regulations
- complete assigned shift work timely and thoroughly
- perform other duties as assigned
