Job Requirements

Some high school or equivalent education
Ability to read, speak and understand English
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
Ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays
Availability to start shifts around 2 a.m.
Ability to work alone while baking
Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed
Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
Physical ability to bend, stand, walk and use hands repetitively throughout the workday
Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs occasionally and 10lbs frequently
Ability to handle exposure to food and cleaning chemicals
Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

Some high school or equivalent education

Job Duties

Greets customers and prepares their orders, uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and computes the amount of the bill, collects payment from the customer and make change
Prepares food neatly, accurately and in a timely manner
Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains to customers accurately and in a cheerful and helpful manner
Checks products in prep area and restocks items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift
Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas or portion controls
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, serving food and clean up, including checking dates and temperatures and logging the information
General housekeeping and cleaning
Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the employee handbook and the standards of the franchisee (s&r)
Performs light paperwork duties as assigned
