Job Requirements
- Some high school or equivalent education
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions
- Ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Availability to start shifts around 2 a.m.
- Ability to work alone while baking
- Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed
- Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Physical ability to bend, stand, walk and use hands repetitively throughout the workday
- Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs occasionally and 10lbs frequently
- Ability to handle exposure to food and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Job Duties
- Greets customers and prepares their orders, uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and computes the amount of the bill, collects payment from the customer and make change
- Prepares food neatly, accurately and in a timely manner
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains to customers accurately and in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Checks products in prep area and restocks items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift
- Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas or portion controls
- Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, serving food and clean up, including checking dates and temperatures and logging the information
- General housekeeping and cleaning
- Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the employee handbook and the standards of the franchisee (s&r)
- Performs light paperwork duties as assigned
