Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license preferred at specific locations
- May need to meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation helpful but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and food safety standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Arrive early to prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support excellent guest service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold company standards
- Monitor product quality and freshness throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
