Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
experience in baking or food preparation
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
strong customer service orientation
basic math skills for measurement and recipe following
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

prep and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
decorate cakes and fancy desserts
operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
maintain high standards for quality, freshness, and safety
engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
keep display cases and shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked
assist team members and support a positive work environment
