Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Ability to adhere to Panera's quality standards
Willingness to work flexible hours including days or overnight shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Prepare breads, cookies, and artisan pastries according to Panera's standards
Proof dough and perform baking tasks daily
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency
Respond to customer inquiries with warmth and friendliness
Collaborate with Cafe Management and other associates
Manage bakery stocking, prep, and sanitation duties
Work independently with minimal supervision
