Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
- Decorate cakes with attention to detail and creativity
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Assist customers by answering questions and providing product recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer satisfaction
