Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, stretch, and kneel as needed
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to work around hot equipment safely
Must be punctual and reliable
Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Must comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed recipes and baking instructions
Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
Strong multitasking skills
Ability to work independently
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

Bake batches according to the needs shown on daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
Consistently produce a high quality bakery product
Be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
Keep workstation clean at all times
Properly clean all dishes and pans throughout shift (minimum 30 pans per day)
Assist managers in determining current and needed bread levels and bake sequence
Strictly adhere to all safety and health code requirements for the bakery including OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
Complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
