Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts to meet quality and freshness standards
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods creatively and professionally
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Engage with customers to provide friendly and helpful service
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
