Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk up to 100% of the time
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- availability to work full-time hours
- compliance with uniform and hygiene standards
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work as part of a team

- experience in baking or culinary arts preferred
- knowledge of metric and imperial baking measurements

Job Duties
- Following recipes
- scaling, mixing, baking and packaging baked goods
- labeling, dating and storing foods properly
- maintaining correct portion sizes, freshness and quality
- stocking retail space with baked goods and maintaining the retail space presentation
- following cleaning schedule and utilizing clean as you go techniques
- maintaining communication with management regarding products and supplies
- adhering to uniform dress code and maintaining personal hygiene
- following Parkhurst gold standards and hospitality imperatives
- assisting fellow associates
- performing other duties as assigned by management
