Job Duties
- preparing dough
- glazing pastries
- assisting with baking tasks from start to finish
- planning the day's production alongside the Bakery Sales Manager
- gathering ingredients and following recipes accurately
- applying icing to baked goods
- monitoring oven temperatures
- ensuring products meet quality standards
- providing courteous service to customers
- offering product information and answering questions
- maintaining a clean and organized workspace
