Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous baking experience preferred but not required
Ability to use bakery equipment safely
Strong attention to detail
Good physical stamina to handle standing for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Basic knowledge of baking principles and techniques
Strong interest and passion for baking
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

Prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
Decorate cakes and other baked goods
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and share product knowledge
Restock bakery items to meet customer demand
