Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

- experience in baking or food preparation is preferred

Job Duties
- Bake and prepare fresh bagels and pastries for daily service
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making when needed to support team
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and storefront
- work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM to prepare for opening
- collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest service
- handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and moving intermittently throughout the shift
