Job Duties
- prepare and bake cakes according to company recipes and standards
- ensure consistency and quality of all baked goods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- follow health and safety guidelines
- assist in training new team members on baking procedures
- provide excellent customer service by engaging positively with guests
