Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bakery or food prep experience preferred
- ability to follow recipes and baking instructions accurately
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- physical capability to perform bakery tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- effective communication skills
