- ability to operate bakery equipment safely

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts to meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- decorate cakes and other baked goods with artistic detail
- operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and bakery shelves
- interact with customers to deliver excellent service and share product knowledge
- restock bakery items to ensure continuous availability
- assist team members in daily bakery operations
