Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
- ability to adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- willingness to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- dependable and punctual work ethic

- Prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- mix ingredients accurately following standard recipes
- operate bakery machinery safely and efficiently
- monitor baking processes to ensure quality and consistency
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- assist in stock replenishment and display of bakery items
