Job Duties

Prepare and bake pastries, breads, and desserts according to established recipes
Ensure consistency and quality of all baked goods
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking stations
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
Support a positive team environment and contribute to company culture
