Job Duties
- Prepare focaccia dough from scratch using specified recipes
- knead and shape dough to desired consistency and form
- bake focaccia bread in open-hearth ovens to perfection
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
- innovate and experiment with new focaccia varieties and flavors
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production
- monitor ingredient inventory and request supplies as needed
