Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in baking preferred but not required
ability to operate baking equipment safely
strong attention to detail and quality
excellent interpersonal skills
availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in baking or food preparation is a plus
knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong customer service and communication skills
willingness to learn and take pride in workmanship
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts to meet quality and safety standards
decorate cakes and other baked goods with creativity and precision
operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
engage with customers to provide friendly and knowledgeable service
maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
stock baked products to ensure freshness and availability
assist in training new team members as needed
