Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior bakery or food service experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
adherence to food safety standards
ability to follow instructions closely

knowledge of bakery production techniques
ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
good organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

prepare and bake high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
ensure bakery products meet quality and freshness standards
follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery area
monitor inventory levels and report shortages
assist in stocking and merchandising baked goods
collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bakery operations
