Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to operate bakery equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and freshness standards
- Bake and decorate cakes and fancy desserts
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and sharing product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines at all times
