Job Requirements

0 to 1 year of related work experience
Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
Reliable and punctual attendance
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Must be a team-oriented and adaptable individual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in baking or food preparation is an asset
Ability to follow detailed recipes and safety protocols
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Adaptability to varying shift schedules and work hours
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Follows recipes and/or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, etc
May clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
Reduces food waste by managing ingredient use efficiently
Works collaboratively with team members to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
Provides excellent customer service focused on quality and satisfaction
