Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in baking or food preparation is an asset
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and safety protocols

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Follows recipes and/or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, etc
  • May clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
  • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
  • Reduces food waste by managing ingredient use efficiently
  • Works collaboratively with team members to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
  • Provides excellent customer service focused on quality and satisfaction
