Job Requirements

Passion for baking and food quality willingness to learn and take direction physical ability to handle bakery duties including lifting standing for long periods availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings weekends and holidays commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred prior baking experience is desirable strong attention to detail and creativity good communication skills customer service experience is a plus ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

Bake breads cookies and pastries produce fancy desserts decorate cakes operate ovens mixers slicers and proofers to prepare baked goods engage with customers maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves ensure all products meet quality freshness and safety standards
