Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a bakery or food preparation
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
Understanding of food safety regulations
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills
Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Prepare and bake bakery products following Costco formulas
Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery work areas
Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
Follow health and safety guidelines during all baking processes
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
Assist in packaging and stocking bakery items for sale
