Job Requirements

Be physically and mentally capable of performing job duties

Job Qualifications

Basic computer skills for online training
Basic math skills for handling money and making change

Job Duties

Arrive in a timely manner and ready to work at the start of scheduled shifts
Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with team members and guests
Follow communication guidelines established in the store
Respond positively to coaching and feedback
Be accountable for designated responsibilities during shifts
Learn and execute multiple tasks effectively
Prepare donuts and other bakery products according to operational standards
Ensure each guest is highly satisfied with their experience
Resolve guest issues with urgency and professionalism
Adhere to Brand and Quality Brand Group LLC standards and systems
Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of work environment, including restrooms and guest areas
Adhere to uniform standards including wearing required attire and shoes
