Job Requirements

must adhere to all grooming standards no visible tattoos piercings or unnatural hair colors

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a baker or culinary degree preferred
general knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the bakery
positive and energetic attitude and show initiative
ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy pots pans and trays
comfortable working in a hot and fast paced kitchen environment
able to lift 50 pounds safely
able to stand for long periods
able to move freely in confined spaces

Job Duties

make sure all orders are filled and delivered if necessary
provide the highest quality that we can give
oversee and help in product rotation like with the fruit and dairy products
check all orders daily to ensure readiness and help fill out production forms
inform supervisors if supplies are needed to complete tasks
help organize condense and clean the freezers and walk-in
put away stock and keep items orderly
maintain food safety and sanitation protocol pertaining to the bakery
