Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal laws
- Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
- Must meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in baking or food preparation is an asset
- Ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Basic customer service skills
- Ability to follow recipes and quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and other bakery items according to company recipes and standards
- Stock and maintain the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with customer service by taking orders and making sandwiches as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Monitor quality of food and beverages served
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
